These terms and conditions only apply to all sales placed online. 


All prices are in GBP and are inclusive of any VAT. Any exceptions will be marked on the website wherever relevant. Prices may be subject to change in future without notice, but we will only alter the price after your order. 


You can pay by using any major credit or debit card through our Stripe integration at checkout.

Your credit card and debit card details may be saved, if you choose to do this, to make future purchases faster and easier to checkout.

You can also choose finance options with our Klarna integration. 


Each product is printed on demand, to order. Unless there is a fault with the item we cannot refund you for your purchase. Read more about returns by clicking here

Product Availability

All products on the website are currently in stock. On the rare occasion that you might purchase a product that then becomes unavailable, we will let you know and refund you as soon as possible. 

Product Images

Please note that the colour of images shown on this website may be affected by the technology we used to create them. Some variation may occur.

Placing Orders

All order details are confirmed by you when your order is placed, including the billing address, shipping address, garment and design. When you receive your email confirmation, you will have an opportunity to check that these details are correct. You must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to make any changes. After this period, no changes can be made and no refunds will be issued. 

Order Processing

An order will not be processed until it has been paid for in full. Orders are processed from the date and time of payment received, not the date and time it was placed. Our cut off time is 1pm GMT and all orders paid for after this time will be processed the next working day. 


All prices exclude delivery. We ship to the UK only.

Due to the bespoke nature of most of the products, as we print on demand to order, all cancellations must be made within 24 hours of your order being placed. After this time, your order will have entered production. 

Our cancellation policy does not affect your Statutory Rights.


All goods are examined in detail, by ourselves prior to dispatch to ensure they leave the warehouse is pristine condition. However, transit damage can occur. If your items are showing obvious signs of transit damage upon delivery, please refuse to accept delivery and notify us immediately. 

If damage is only evident after opening the package, please inform us within 48 hours. We will arrange re-delivery of replacement goods as soon as possible. If this has happened to you, please email us immediately at hello@gettees.co.uk

Faulty Goods

If your items develop a fault within 28 days of delivery, the goods may be returned for a full refund or replacement product. Please contact us with photographic evidence at hello@gettees.co.uk


Sales on this website are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions and no amendments will be accepted by us. These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.
