At Get Tees (gettees.co.uk), each of our products is made to order, just for you. Because all items are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for unwanted items, including incorrect sizes or change-of-mind purchases.
However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or there’s been a printing error, we’re here to help.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order is faulty or not as described, please contact us at support@gettees.co.uk within 28 days of delivery. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the fault or damage
We’ll review your claim and, if eligible, arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
