  • We currently ship within the UK only.

  • As all products are made to order, we do not accept cancellations or changes once an order is placed.

  • Payment is taken at the time of purchase using secure third-party providers like Stripe, Klarna, and Apple/Google Pay.

4. Returns, Refunds & Faulty Items

As each item is printed to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, size issues, or unwanted items.

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at support@gettees.co.uk within 28 days of delivery. We’ll offer a replacement or a refund after reviewing the issue.
